Choosing Your Size

Everybody has a different and unique body shape! At Rita Sue, we carry a range of brands. So we've measured each of our garments to help ensure that you are ordering the right fit for you! We recommend using a tape measure to take your body measurements at your bust, waist and hips for dress and swimsuit sizes; bust and waist for top sizes; or waist and hips for pants, skirts and shorts!

We recommended that you note down your body measurements before ordering, and check them against our exact measurements for each garment! 

Ordering Within New Zealand

Please make sure you have chosen the correct size and colour before ordering. We are not required to refund your purchase if you have changed your mind.

If you have ordered within New Zealand, your parcel will be sent via NZ Post.

Orders are posted once payment has been received, during Monday - Friday.
Tracked postage carries a flat rate of (NZD)$10. 

Estimated delivery time: 3 - 7 working days from the date sent.

You will receive a tracking number via email to check up on your package while it's on it's way to you! NZ Post Tracking Tool

International Orders

Please make sure you have chosen the correct size and colour before ordering. We are not required to refund your purchase if you have changed your mind.

All international orders will be sent via NZ Post.

Orders are posted once payment has been received, during Monday - Friday.
International postage carries a flat rate of (NZD)$25.

Estimated delivery time: 7 - 10 working days from the date sent.

Terms & Conditions

Upon using our website, you are agreeing to the following terms & conditions of sale.
All prices are in New Zealand Dollars and are inclusive of any Goods and Services Tax ("GST"). All prices are correct when published. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time. Shipping fees are applied after you provide your address information.

Once you have placed an order, an invoice will be emailed to you at the email address you supply. You are responsible for ensuring that all of your contact & delivery information are correct. If you are ordering internationally, please note that you will be required to pay for any and all import taxes, tariffs and duties which may be levied by your Customs or Government or Other Authority upon any parcel we send to you.

Payment Options

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We also accept direct deposits from New Zealand Bank accounts, or payment via PayPal.

Please get in touch with us if you wish to arrange a Lay-By purchase.

Returns and Refunds

Do make sure you choose your items carefully before you order. We are not required to refund you if you change your mind about a purchase. 

In the case that you have changed your mind about a purchase with us, get in touch within 7 days of receiving your order, and let us know how we can help! 

PLEASE MAKE CONTACT WITH US BEFORE SENDING RETURNS.
WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY UNEXPECTED RETURNS.


If a product that you have received from us is faulty, please get in touch within 12 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to offer you a replacement for the faulty product. If the item is out of stock, or if the replacement is unsatisfactory, you are welcome to a full refund of the item(s). Refunds will be processed to your bank, or Paypal account.

We will not refund the cost of the original shipping + handling of the order.

You will be required to pay for the postage to return the faulty product, which will be reimbursed once we receive the faulty item(s).

Replacement product(s) will be sent out free of charge.
