We aim to have all products on our site available for immediate delivery. If for any reason an item you wish to order is out of stock, contact us and we will get back to you with an expected delivery date. You should allow up to 4 weeks for some items (but hopefully it will never take that long, because we know how much it sucks to wait for things!)

A 20% non-refundable deposit is required for special orders, which will be deducted from your order total once your goods arrive at our premises.

The products listed on the site are a mere fraction of the range available from some of our suppliers. If there is anything you would like us to try and source for you, please contact us and hopefully we can either find it for you, or point you in the right direction.

Credit card through Paypal.com. You do not have to have a Paypal account to use this checkout system. All credit card payments are SSL secured through this site for protection of your card details and privacy.

Currently Paypal does not have an option for payment in New Zealand dollars, although they are due to enable this function later in the year. The New Zealand price will be converted by Paypal to a currency their system accepts when you reach the checkout. For up to date currency conversions see xe.com

Shipping prices are based on volumetric weight. Most parcels will freight nationwide for $4.75 unless very large or heavy

Goods are sent via either New Zealand Post parcel post, or courier. Both are traceable for your security and convenience. We do not have a physical store and New Zealand Couriers do not deliver to PO Box numbers, so you must supply us with a physical delivery address

Delivery time will be between 1-3 working days on items we have in stock. Allow up to 4 weeks for special orders.

When we have shipped your order we will notify you. If you would like a tracking number for your package please contact us. If you have not received your order 7 days after we have sent you notification that your goods have been posted out to you, please let us know and we will start enquiries with New Zealand Post.

All orders are processed internally. Contact us with any questions or concerns regarding shipping.

We love all of the products we stock, and hope you will too! If you receive your order and are not happy with it for any reason, please contact us immediately and we can arrange a refund or exchange upon return of the item

A 10% restocking fee will be charged for returns of products where you have changed your mind. Faulty goods are to be returned to us for a full replacement or refund.

Returnable items must be in as new condition. Worn, soiled, altered, or damaged items, items in soiled or damaged packaging, or items missing labels and tags will not be accepted for return.

Hosiery returns accepted on unopened packages only. Shoes and boots must be returned in their original boxes.

Returned items must arrive back to us within 7 days from the time you received your order. Please advise us if you intend to return anything before you send it!

We carefully inspect all merchandise before shipping. If in the rare event you receive an item and it arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and we will arrange a refund or replacement.

When returning items, please send them using courier or NZ Post parcel tracking. Your package will then be traceable, and will serve as evidence of mailing. We are not responsible for any returned packages getting lost in the post. Customers are responsible for shipping costs on goods returned to us unless we have made a mistake with your order.
